• To process applications simultaneously for Approval for Sell After Build, High-Impact and Foreign Investment Projects, and Government Projects within 67 days from the date of receipt of the complete application.

• To process applications simultaneously for Sell Before Build within 97 days from the date of receipt of complete application.

• To obtain review from Technical within 25 days of collection and processing according to guidelines.

• To inform applicants of the status of their applications simultaneously regarding Change of Conditions and Breaking of Boundary/Planning Permission/Building Plans/Certificate of Fitness and Compliance 14 days after the sitting of the OSC Committee Meeting.

• To process Building Plans/Certificate of Completion and Compliance ( CCC) no more than 2 months from the date of receipt of the complete applications.

• To track and monitor applications which have been sent to the Technical Agency.

• To prepare monthly status reports regarding approvals, problem analyses, and proposals for improvement to KPKT
